Adopt Me has added a brand new egg, brand new pet and a brand new game character! Adopt Me has collaborated with the Minions: The Rise of Gru movie to bring you this exciting update. It was released on the 16th of June. However, you must be quick as it only lasts for 2 weeks!
What is the new pet?
The new Legendary pet is called the Zodiac Minion Chick, and it looks like a cross between a Minion from the Despicable Me movies, and a baby chick! It is yellow and wears the famous minion goggles! How cool is that?
What is the new egg?
The new Legendary egg is called the Zodiac Minion Egg, and you need to hatch it to get the Zodiac Minion Chick.
How to get the new egg and pet?
Well, that’s easy! You just need to visit Gru’s Lab, which is near the Playground. The Playground is on the right of the entrance to the Neighborhood. In Gru’s Lab you will find the new character, or NPC, named Gru. Speak to him and he will give you a special egg – the Zodiac Minion Egg! Your task is to take good care of the egg and fulfil its needs so that it hatches!
Unlike some other limited pets or items, you get to keep the Zodiac Minion Chick forever, even after the event ends!
What is the trading value of the Zodiac Minion Egg and Zodiac Minion Chick?
Since they have just been released, it is hard to put an accurate value on this new pet and egg. As it is available free to everyone during the event, it may not be worth much now.
